Our Running & Spinning sessions are designed to blast calories and improve your cardiovascular health. We combine high-energy treadmill intervals with intense indoor cycling stages to keep your heart rate up and your legs moving. This class is perfect for anyone looking to build endurance, burn fat, and tone their lower body in a fast-paced, motivating environment.
Guided by our energetic instructors, you will navigate through various terrains, sprints, and climbs. Whether you’re a beginner runner or an experienced cyclist, our sessions are structured to help you reach your peak performance.
Don’t stop when you’re tired. Stop when you’re done. Every mile and every pedal stroke brings you closer to your goals.
Since this is a high-intensity cardio workout, please bring a large water bottle to stay hydrated. We recommend wearing moisture-wicking athletic clothing and comfortable running or cycling shoes. A small gym towel is highly recommended as things will definitely get sweaty! Bring your stamina and be ready to push your limits.
